I Provide a Free Market Evaluation that will help you to determine your Home's Value. This is Comparing Similar Homes in your area that may have recently sold, what is currently for sale, and homes that have expired on the Market. I provide tips on what can make a home show at its possible best. Some of these things are, removing personal pictures, keeping a really clean home, removing clutter and keeping your front door area clean and welcoming. I will handle all inquiries and arrangements for showings. I will also ask for feedback from the showings. When an offer is presented on your home, I will walk you through it and listen to all your questions and answer them so you are comfortable with the process.

I like to meet my buyers and go over what style of home, area, lot size etc. that you would like and then I can customize a plan to view the home that you want. I provide information sheets on the homes we are viewing, and set up appointments to view them. I only work with 4 clients at a time so that I am avaiable to help you find the home you want. When we find the home you like, I help you negotiate the price and the terms. I will then help you with things like a property inspection, a bank apprasial, a title search, and much more. I will provide you with the information you need to complete the sale of them home and then meet you with your keys and house warming gift! And if you are Happy with My services then you can refer me to your Friends and Family and I will give them the same great Service.
