Marcy helped me with my house sale in December 2009. When she first came to the property to prepare the listing and walk through my home, she was extremely organized and already had a file for me, including old listings, future road changes in my neighbor, locations of school, stores, etc and property tax assessment. Marcy gave me her input on some changes that could benefit my sale and with my hard reno work and her suggestions, there was multiple offers made at the first open house and the listing was barely out! I thought, “wow”, was that ever easy, but then the inspection, and the financing, the couple was a bit of a nightmare! A few extensions later, the sale closed on December 24th. Marcy was extremely patient and level headed through the whole thing, me, I lost my cool a few times on everyone (including her). She was a great agent and I would highly recommend her to any of my friends. Cool as a Cucumber! Always with smile.
